Great service! Greg and Barbara are on top of things. I backed my 2023 Dodge Promaster camper van into a tree while on a trip. It damaged the back left corner panel including the top door hinge. (We took it to Jeff Gordon Chevy first. They gave us an estimate but then when we took it in for the work told us they couldn't work on it.) Greg explained replacement of that piece would have required that they take down the cabinetry on the inside of the van but they knew that wasn't an option for us so they cut the piece and then welded it to the roof and left side panel. They also worked with National General to get the supplement taken care of and kept us in the loop every step of the way. They pushed really hard to get the van back to us before our next trip. I absolutely loved working with them.

My repair was supposedly going to take approximately five days. As a business truck, we needed it back in service as quickly as possible. Greg and his staff did a phenomenal job and got it back to us in two days (actually a day and a half!). Their prices were hundreds cheaper than their competitors. Barbara worked quickly to see that we were billed and out the door fast. Just an exceptional customer service oriented company. BTW- the "new" paint on my fender- a special ordered white metallic looks awesome. Great painter! Use this group if you ever find yourself in need.

Dont think about it twice. We were thrilled and amazed at what they could do for our F150 attacked by a tree top. Exceptional work and astounding resolution. Our beautiful F150 is beautiful again. And its a wonderful truck. Needs to look wonderful, too!

On this Labor Day Weekend, let me share my experience with Mike’s I’m a disabled American Veteran with my home on this crazy market now— so needless to say— not much has gone right in the last 6 months. Even when we dinged a tree with our camper on Memorial Day— we were like, “Just something else to get ….on.” But we met Barbara through a phone call to Mike’s. I had made one previous call & the guy that answered the phone almost said, “You really don’t want to come here!” So I didn’t. But after talking to Barbara, I knew this was where I wanted to do business!!! Then, after I came out & met Greg— it was all over! I dropped my camper off with no worries about how it would go. Me & my puppy 🐶, Roy, would just stop in to say, “hey!” Sometimes when we were riding by! Barbara & Gary made us feel like family! I know they UNDER-charged us for all the extra work they did! And for someone who’s been getting the shaft in 2025, it sure was nice to meet someone who treated MY family like one of their own!!! Thank you, Barbara & Gary! We will never forget your kindness & will always be obliged. Love, Richa, Doug, & Roy Nelson Happy Labor Day 😍

Greg and the rest of the team at Mike's Collision were great to work with! They provided us with a solution to repair our vehicle that fit within our budget. They completed the work on time and within budget. Would gladly do business with them again!
